Personal information includes your name, address (both billing and delivery addresses), phone number, information about the products you purchase from us e-mail address and credit card information. We use vendors to process your order and ship the products to you and we share your name, billing address, phone number and the products you purchase with them. Your credit card information is only accessed by the PayU Gateway and is not accessible to Orthopedic Pillow & Mattress or its employees. We use your billing address to verify your billing information. We use your delivery address to ship your products to you and to send catalogs and other mailings to you.
Credit Card Information
Credit Card information is NOT collected by Orthopedic Pillow & Mattress. This information only gets collected safely and securely on the PayU Payment Gateway when making your purchase.
Non-Personal Information
Non-personal information includes the pages you visit on our website, the kinds of purchases you make on the Orthopedic Pillow & Mattress site, the type of computer and web browser you are using, how many clicks it takes to reach specific information, the pages you view when you visit the site, and time you spend viewing these pages. This data is in an anonymous format and doesn’t contain any personal information about you. We reserve the right to share non-personal information about your website visits with vendors who help us market our products or help us administer our website.
Ordering and Making a Purchase
We collect your personal information when you place an order with us, either by phone or by using our online store. We collect such personal information to process your order and deliver the products to you. Orthopedic Pillow & Mattress however, DO NOT collect credit card information.
